You can download the registration and FAQ form below, print it out, read it and fill out the required information. After that, you can either mail it to:

Payment can be made in the form of a cheque mailed to the P.O Box above, or you an send an E-Transfer to the email adress above. 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND TO LAST YEARS REGISTRAION EMAIL!

Please Include Your Name, and what the payment is for.

This is important so we can keep track of your registration.

Remember that registration for Workshops and entry to WPS is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Please get your paperwork in as soon as possible.
